The Pinot Gris grapes grown on our Steinklotz terroirs benefit from their ideal exposure to the sun to reach perfect ripeness. We choose the harvest date to produce a rich wine that retains its aromatic finesse. When young, Grand Cru Steinklotz develops intense aromas of quince and humus, before bringing out more mineral notes. Pair with duck breast, why not cooked with fruit?
