AOC Alsace Pinot Noir Rosé
This Pinot Noir rosé is light and aromatic.
Harvested when fully ripe, we let this Pinot Noir macerate for a few hours before pressing, to extract a light pinkish color without extracting tannins. Vinification then continues in stainless-steel tanks, to preserve the fresh, fruity character sought for this type of wine. This is a light, aromatic wine, revealing aromas of cherry and kirsch, to accompany seasonal cuisine in the warmer months.
