Made in the same way as the other sparkling wines we produce on the estate, this Mous’cat is made with Muscat grapes. We’ve chosen this grape variety to produce a wine with fresh aromas, which will be dosed more after disgorging to offer a lovely roundness. It’s the perfect sparkling wine to enjoy as the sun sets.
