AOC Alsace Auxerrois
Auxerrois is the perfect wine for any occasion. Although dry, its supple acidity makes it the perfect accompaniment to most meals and aperitifs.
Harvested partly at the top of the hill, and partly at the bottom, Auxerrois benefits from limestone soils that guarantee a well-balanced taste. Ripe harvesting, gentle pressing and ageing in stainless steel vats enable us to vinify this wine dry, and to achieve a beautiful harmony of flavors on tasting. It goes well with fish, appetizers, white meats, cheeses… it’s the ideal bottle to share with friends for any occasion.
