AOC Alsace Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris is a wine with a well-balanced, round mouthfeel. Perfect with white meat dishes, mushrooms or cream.
Harvested slightly overripe on the limestone terroirs of the Marlenberg, the Pinot Gris grapes enable us to vinify a wine with more roundness, preserving aromas of fresh quince and humus. Aging part of the harvest on fine lees will reinforce the wine’s ample structure. It’s a perfect match for richer cuisine, dishes in sauce or mushroom-based dishes.
