AOC Alsace Gewurztraminer
Gewurztraminer is the most aromatic grape variety in Alsace. Rose or black pepper give the wine an explosive profile, accompanied by a slight roundness on the palate.
We choose the harvest date for this Gewurztraminer very carefully, so as to pick healthy, ripe grapes without over-ripening. Benefiting from gentle pressing, with light skin maceration beforehand if the vintage permits, this semi-dry wine offers an ideal balance of flavors to accompany exotic, spicy or sweet and savory dishes.
