AOC Alsace Muscat
Muscat is the ideal aperitif wine. The rich aroma of this wine expresses very fresh notes of elderflower and fresh grapes, while maintaining a light, dry balance on the palate.
Muscat d’Alsace and Ottonel are harvested at optimum ripeness, to preserve the freshness of the grape variety. If conditions permit, we carry out a short pellicular maceration on part of the harvest, to develop volume on the palate. Vinified dry, it expresses its typical aromas of fresh grapes, mango and elderflower. A wine to enjoy as an aperitif, with asparagus or pan-fried vegetables.
