AOC Alsace Pinot Noir Red STZ

Vinified as a red, this wine comes from the best plots on the Marlenheim hillside. Vinified as a red, the wine has a fine tannic structure on the palate, and develops black cherry aromas, typical of our terroirs.

Harvested from the best plots on our limestone terroirs, this red wine is made from ripe grapes meticulously sorted at harvest. A one-week vatting period, with punching of the cap, extracts a full-bodied tannic structure. Vinification and part of the ageing are carried out in oak barrels or foudre de chêne. The resulting wine is a powerful yet delicate Rouge d’Alsace. A perfect accompaniment to stewed meats or game birds.
