AOC Alsace Sylvaner

Sylvaner is a wine of great aromatic freshness, with notes of acacia flowers on the nose, supported by a lively mouthfeel. Perfect with salads and seafood.

This sylvaner, harvested on the clay-limestone terroir to the east of the Marlenberg, is picked at maturity to preserve the freshness of its aromas. We favor long pressing, vinification with limited oenological inputs, and aging in stainless steel tanks, all of which help respect the varietal aromas of this grape variety. Bottled in the spring following the harvest, the wine can be enjoyed immediately, or kept for several months or years. Its liveliness makes it the ideal companion for fresh salads or seafood.
