VSIG Origin
This French wine, a blend of resistant grape varieties, is vinified as a red wine with limited oenological inputs. A more imposing tannic structure and a dark color make Origine a wine to accompany the tastiest dishes.
Planted in the heart of the Marlenberg limestone terroir, we have selected two grape varieties, Cabenet Cortis and Vidoc, for their resistance to vine diseases. The desire to reduce viticultural inputs continues in the cellar, where the wine is made the old-fashioned way, with spontaneous fermentation and manual vatting. The result is a very powerful red wine, with a more imposing tannic structure. A wine of character for cuisine of character.
