The winery FRITSCH
Located west of Strasbourg, Marlenheim is the flagship city of the Golden Crown and it is there in the heart of the city that the winery FRITSCH, a family farm, has been cultivating the vineyard with passion for several generations.
Romain Fritsch, and now are Jérémie sons are inescapable winemakers in Marlenheim. This small town located halfway between Strasbourg and Saverne, Marlenheim is at the gate of the Alsace Wine Route, it is one of the 10 villages of "The Vineyard Door" and one of the 19 " Golden crown "historic vineyard of Strasbourg. Romain Fritsch chose in the 80s to put some of his vineyards in Lyre. This configuration allows good ventilation of the clusters. Today, his son Jérémie takes over, activist for the recognition of Pinot Noir (Red Marlenheim) and red wines on the terroir of Grand Cru Steinklotz
